Pico Balloon PCB
Custom PCB design for ultra-lightweight telemetry and communication in stratospheric conditions.
Project Status
This project is under active internal development. We are designing and testing custom PCB solutions for our MeteoSonde pico balloon platform.
Technical Goals
- Ultra-low power consumption (microwatt sleep, milliwatt active)
- Operation from -65°C to +40°C
- Total mass under 10 grams including all components
- GPS positioning and telemetry
- WSPR and/or APRS transmission capability
- Integration with energy harvesting and storage systems
